Helm Services Ltd is an independently owned Management Company licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, providing bespoke financial and corporate solutions to a diverse international client base.

Board of Directors
Tehseen Aboobakar
Board Member
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Finance with Law from the University of Mauritius, is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a Member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. She started her career in the Corporate Banking Business Unit of the MCB, and subsequently gained solid auditing experience with KPMG Mauritius as part of her professional qualifications. In her previous role as CFO at La City Trianon Shopping Centre, she was part of the management team with a focus on treasury management, funding and financial reporting. She is actively involved with the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD) serving on various boards while advocating for international best practices in governance. She is an Independent Director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee of Les Moulins de la Concorde Ltee, a listed company part of the Eclosia Group & Independent Director, Chairperson of the Corporate Governance Committee and member of Audit and Risk Committee of Quality Beverages Limited (“QBL”). An advocate for inclusion, diversity and empowerment, she supports women in leadership through the Board of Good and is a member of the Financial Toastmasters Club.
Dinesh Ajit Tulsidas
Board Member
He holds a Master's in Science Computer Science and a Bachelor in Science Management Sciences.
He is currently the Managing Director of the Jetha Tulsidas Group with a blend of strategic vision and operational focus, driving innovation and ensuring the company's leadership in the retail space.
Under Dinesh's guidance, the group has diversified into real estate, managing over 100 commercial property lessees, and launched Jayess in 1997, a subsidiary that supplies goods across Africa.
He is a Board director at Jubilee Insurance, the largest insurance company in East Africa and is part of Aga Khan Network.
He actively contributes to Mauritius' business landscape through his memberships in the Mauritius Institute of Directors, Junior Chamber International, Round Table Mauritius, and YPO, a global network of CEOs in 130 countries.
Kiran Ashok Kumar Uttamchandani
Board Member
He graduated in Finance and Accounting from Regent Business School London and holds a Master of science in Real Estate Valuations Survey from South Bank University.
Kiran is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Real Estate LLC based in Dubai and is a dynamic business entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience trading mainly in Real Estate, Hotels and Resorts.
In Mauritius, the family owns 3 Five-Star Resort properties namely JW Marriott Resort, Le Meridien Ile Maurice Resort and The Westin Turtle Bay Resorts. Kiran is a member of the Dubai Chamber of Association, Dubai International Financial Centre and Young Presidents' Organisation (YPO).

Yousouf Abbas
Managing Director
He is the Managing Director of Helm Services Ltd. He qualified as a professional accountant and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants. He is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. He also holds a CIMA certificate in Islamic Finance.
Prior to joining Helm, Yousouf was the Assistant Managing Director of Citco (Mauritius) Limited and has been with Citco for 20 years. He was also the secretary of Citco (Mauritius) Limited. Yousouf was also a former Business Analyst of an Accounting and Audit firm which represented the Arthur Andersen in Mauritius.
Yousouf has over 25 years of experience in the setting up, administration and accounting of Global Business Companies including private equity SPVs and Funds, private clients, real estate funds and hedge funds. He has a deep understanding of the various products in the Mauritius Global Business industry and the financial services sector.
Amrish Maunkee
Compliance Officer
He joined Helm Services Ltd as Compliance Officer. With over a decade in the financial services industry, he has gained extensive experience in the global business sector, having worked for leading management companies in Mauritius.
Throughout his career, Amrish has held the various roles, including Company Secretary, Corporate and Trust Manager, Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. This has given him broad exposure to a wide range of corporate structures including global business entities, trusts, foundations, funds, domestic companies.
Amrish is a member of The Chartered Governance Institute, UK.
Javed Aboobakar
Senior Advisor
He holds a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds (England), an MBA (International Finance) from the University of Bristol (England) jointly with Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, Paris, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Honours) from the University of London and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP).
He was formerly the Managing Director of Citco (Mauritius) Ltd and has been also responsible for Citco's offices in India, Dubai and New Zealand. Prior to joining the Citco Group, the leading Alternative fund administrator in the world with around USD 1.8 trillion AUA, he was a director of one of the largest fiduciary companies in Mauritius (Multiconsult), which was part of ex-Arthur Andersen. He was previously the General Manager of BNPI (BNP Paribas) Offshore Banking Unit and the General Manager of BNPI (BNP Paribas) Mauritius Trust Corporation.
He was a Technical Committee member for the Fund Task Force at the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) upon the recommendation of Mckinsey and recently followed the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Course with Stanford University.
